How to control high blood pressure - how herbs

 Mixing equal quantity of onion juice and pure honey, taking ten grams (two) spoons) once a day is effective treatment of blood pressure.

Onion juice prevents heart attack by reducing the amount of cholesterol in the blood. Onion is a tonic for the nervous system, blood purifier, aids in digestion and improves heart function and prevents insomnia. 

Honey has a sedative effect on the body and reduces high blood pressure by reducing the excitability of blood vessels and constricting them.

 The use of honey makes the heart strong and strong. Take 5-7 days and see if there is benefit, take a few more days as needed.

the option :-

(1) Grind the kernel of watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (white) separately and keep it by mixing equal weight. 

Take three grams (one teaspoon) in the morning on an empty stomach with water. It lowers blood pressure and helps you sleep well at night. 

Headache also goes away. Consuming the kernels of watermelon seeds reduces blood pressure. Cholesterol melts and thins out.

 The stiffness of the blood vessels starts decreasing and the defect in their structure stops. They become soft and pliable. Take as needed for 3-4 weeks.

(2) Taking three grams (one teaspoon) powder of fenugreek (dry grain) with water in the morning and evening on an empty stomach for 10-15 days is useful to reduce high blood pressure. It is also beneficial in diabetes.

(3) After eating food, peel one or two pieces of raw garlic and chew it with water or chew one or two seeds wrapped in dried raisins. 

It cures high blood pressure. Fresh buds of garlic are able to reduce the increased blood pressure and keep it in a normal balanced state. It is better to take one piece of ekpothia garlic. 

Effective method of eating garlic- Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic on an empty stomach in the morning. Then chew three or four pieces of each bud with some water in the morning on an empty stomach or swallow those pieces with a sip of water. 

Consuming raw garlic by this method is unmatched in reducing the amount of cholesterol in the blood quickly, reducing blood pressure and preventing tumor formation.

                                                                          


Supportive treatment:- 

(1) Take wheat and gram in equal quantity and grind the flour. Make bread of flour with bran and eat it. Within a day or two, there will be an improvement in high blood pressure.

(2) Drinking water kept in a copper vessel in the morning reduces high blood pressure and helps in its control.

(3) Mix four basil leaves, two neem leaves with two to four spoons of water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning for five to seven days, it is beneficial in high blood pressure.

(4) Eat ripe papaya on an empty stomach in the morning and after eating it, do not eat anything for two hours. It cures high blood pressure.

(5) If onion and garlic are used in balanced quantity with food, then there is a possibility of getting benefits in the prevention and therapy of heart diseases. 

Consuming onion and garlic does not increase the amount of blood cholesterol (cholesterol) in the blood too much because due to the fibrinolytic element in them, they reduce the coagulation of the hemorrhagic blood and help in dissolving the blood and also the frozen blood. Melt and bring it to normal state.

(6) Beneficial in both high and low blood pressure

(a) Drinking buttermilk is beneficial. Take two grains of asafetida mixed with low blood pressure buttermilk. Drinking a glass of buttermilk after the meal of the day is like nectar.

(b) Like buttermilk, the vegetable or juice of amaranth is also beneficial in both types of blood pressure.

(a) Heavy articles made of milk, butter, etc., fried foods, alcohol, smoking, ghee, salt, brinjal, potatoes, underripe bananas, jackfruit, pulses, flour, sweets, jaggery, oil, sourdough, chili-spices, polished Rice, white sugar, tea, coffee, meat, fish, intoxicants

(b) Sitting or standing for a long time, running up the stairs, eating more and more frequently, excessive anger, fear, joy, grief, nervousness, haste, trouble and mental stress.


friendly

(1) Fruits like lemon, papaya, amla, seasonal, apple, watermelon etc.

(2) herb of amaranth, spinach, garlic, bottle gourd, onion, tomato, carrot salad, carrot juice, bathua etc.

(3) Eat stale wheat bread soaked in milk in the morning.

(4) Eating by adding glucose to curd.

(5) chewing each piece thoroughly

 (6) Do not drink water while eating.

(7) Walking 5-6 kms barefoot or 10-15 minutes walk in Hari Dob (except in rainy and rough weather)

(8) To be happy. Getting enough exercise daily and being happy helps in controlling the amount of cholesterol in the blood. Peace of mind and being happy is an effective treatment for high blood pressure.

(9) Fasting for one day in a week-fifteen days also proves beneficial, like on Ekadashi of Shukla Paksha. This leads to a decrease in blood pressure.

(10) Wearing Panchmukhi Rudraksha is beneficial in the said blood pressure. It also benefits in case of hardening and thickening of blood vessels. Keep in mind, it is necessary to keep touching it with the skin.

2 . For immediate benefit in high blood pressure, drinking 100 grams (squeezing half a lemon in half a cup of water and drinking it two-three times a day for two-two hours is immediately beneficial in hypertension).
