How to make aloevera laddu, Halwa & vegetable - How herbs
Aloe Vera can be used by any person from the point of view of health. There is no insecurity in its consumption. We can use the practice prevalent by the ancestors by making various materials in this way and can take advantage.
Powerful laddoos of aloe Vera:-
(1) Ingredients - aloe Vera pulp 500 grams; Desi Ghee - 500 grams; All purpose flour - 250 grams; sugar 500 grams
Method:- Make a paste by rubbing the pulp of aloe Vera with hands. Heat ghee in a greased or steel pan. When the ghee starts heating, then add the pulp of aloe Vera and cook it on low flame. When cooked, add flour and sugar and keep stirring. When the condition is ready to make laddus, take them off and cool them and make 50-50 grams of laddoos.
Consumption: - Eat two laddus on a hungry stomach every morning and drink warm milk. Benefits - After consuming it for two months, you will experience that the weakness of the body will be removed. The body will become plump, fresh, attractive. Strength and semen will increase. The one who does not feel hungry, he will start feeling hungry.
(2) Another method: - Cut the prickly edges of the thick pulped aloe Vera and peel it finely. The pulp will come out in the form of thick slices. First of all, mash the pulp with your hands and make it like a thin pen and add so much wheat flour to it so that both of them become one by kneading. Now make firsts of this dough (by giving the shape of a fist with hand) and fry them in desi ghee. Now crush these fists and filter them with a sieve of thick rice sieve and make laddus by adding equal quantity of jaggery or powdered sugar and adding ghee left over from frying the muthias and heating them a little. Fill these laddoos in a steel or other container with a lid when they cool down and eating 100 grams of laddus daily for about a month during winters will give amazing health benefits.
One should be cautious while eating laddus. Eat less chili, spices, oil. Do not eat tamarind, pickle, amchur. It cures stomach diseases, liver diseases, arthritis and air diseases. With this method, fresh aloe Vera can be used daily by making churma.

Mix some ghee and aloe Vera pulp in the wheat flour. Knead them and make roti. Make laddus by baking this roti, crushing it, making powder by mixing sugar and ghee. Consuming these two laddus regularly is beneficial in rheumatism, rheumatism, conjunctivitis, back pain, slipdisc etc.
Aloe Vera Halwa
Ingredients:- Take equal quantity of Aloe Vera pulp, all purpose flour, sugar and desi ghee. Method- Make pudding of all things according to the capacity to eat. Eat this pudding in the morning on a hungry stomach for a month. This will remove the deficiencies of the virtuous element. If both men and women consume it, then they will fully enjoy the joy of married life.
Avoidance – Keep complete abstinence from sexual intercourse and sourness till the time of consuming the pudding.
Aloe Vera vegetable
(1) Cut the prickly edges of the aloe Vera , wash the leaves and peel them and cut the pulp into small pieces. Put 250 grams pieces in a pan and cook them by adding 50 grams fenugreek seeds (soaked in water for one hour), salt, chili, turmeric, coriander according to taste. When cooked, apply a splash of oil or ghee. The vegetable is ready, very tasty, eat and enjoy the benefits of aloe Vera .
(2) Ingredients :- Aloe Vera 500 grams, Fenugreek seeds 100 grams, Cashew pieces 50 grams, Raisins 50 grams, Chickpeas 50 grams, Fennel coarsely ground two teaspoons, Mustard-two teaspoons, Coriander powder two teaspoons Red chili powder, two teaspoons, turmeric powder one teaspoon, mango powder, two teaspoons, salt as per taste, half a teaspoon of mustard, half a teaspoon of cumin, a pinch of asafoetida, one teaspoon of sugar, 3 teaspoons of mustard or groundnut oil, asafoetida equal to one black gram.
Preparation: Wash the aloe Vera , take out the thorns, cut it into small pieces and boil it well and filter it. Soak fenugreek for an hour before and boil it and filter it. Soak cashews, raisins and cherries in water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Method:- Put oil in the pan when it is hot, add asafetida, mustard and cumin seeds, then add boiled Aloe Vera in it and let it cook for two minutes. After that add boiled fenugreek seeds to it. After adding fenugreek, add all the spices. After the masala is cooked, add amchur. After that put pieces of cashew, raisins and chhoora in it. Add a teaspoon of sugar and leave it covered for two minutes. Then take it out in a vessel.
(3) Cut the pulp of aloe Vera into small pieces and wash it in salt water for 3 minutes. This will remove the bitterness. Cook these washed pieces in ghee or oil like other vegetables. Yogurt can also be added to it. This vegetable is very tasty and nutritious.
How to make Aloe Vera powder
Make small and thin pieces of the pulp of Aloe Vera , fill it in a glass vessel and dip it in lemon juice and add black salt as per taste and keep it for ten days. Shake once daily, let it go. Then dry it in the sun and grind it. This delicious powder is ready. Take one spoon of it with warm water. Gas, digestion power will be fine.
